The AFPAP 2020 ceremony of awards celebrate the highest standards in patriotism and inclusion, and rewards organisations, teams and individuals for exemplary achievement.

The deadline for nominations for the awards has been extended and will close on Saturday 16 May 2020.

The award for the stars of tomorrow who are demonstrating growth through speaking today, inspite of their speech impairment or communication disorder .

The award for the stars of tomorrow who are passionately promoting/spearheading inclusion and advocacy projects today.

INCLUSION PROJECT OF THE YEAR
The award that recognises transformational, innovation and results-oriented projects in inclusion.

ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
The award for colleagues who go above and beyond what is expected in their role as allied healthcare professionals.

BEST CARER OF THE YEAR
The award for colleagues who go above and beyond what is expected in their role as social workers for people with special abilities (intellectual and developmental disabilities).

NGO OF THE YEAR
The award for non-governmental organisations who support inclusion, add value to the lives and living conditions of people with special abilities (the disabled) through education, material support or healthcare in their organisation and across the region.

TEAM OF THE YEAR
The award that celebrates teamwork for transformational impact.

SERVICE PROVIDER OF THE YEAR
The award for teams and organisations who deliver healthcare or support services to people with different abilities (the disabled).

RESEARCH REPORT OF THE YEAR
The award for clearly structured reports with transparent analysis in the area of inclusion, intellectual and developmental disability, speech and language therapy.
